My approach is based on many hours of client work, the academic profession, and continuous development and training.
It is a humanistic, body-mind approach with a range of skills and strategies tailored for the client during the therapeutic process.
I welcome every aspect of my client and value their experience. My presence conveys authenticity, openness to experience, spontaneity, and genuineness. I create an atmosphere of warmth and gentleness.
Empathy plays a significant role in my practice. As a Body-mind counsellor, bringing an empathic presence is the most potent ingredient for therapeutic change.
I work in a non-dual way, incorporating mindfulness, aspects of body psychology, body energetics, and analytical psychotherapy. I work in structured and non-structured ways, depending on the client`s preference. I also offer psychoeducation.
I am strongly influenced by the work of Gabor Mate, Bessel Van der Kolk, Janina Fisher, Mick Cooper, Irvin Yalom, and more. I base my approach on research and evidence-based practice.
